All attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older to attend FelCon. This is because several events involve the serving of alcohol.

All attendees will require proof of full vaccination. In addition, mask policies of any venues and events are to be respected and followed accordingly.

With the exception of 1 shareable platter per bay that will be made available at Topgolf, no food is included in the price of the ticket. All restaurants listed on the schedule feature select vegan and vegetarian options.

For the duration of the event, all attendees are expected to follow all of the rules listed in our FelCon Code of Conduct. If you are subject to any unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify one of the event organizers.

If any person is found to be in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke access to any or all of the remainder of FelCon.

Rooms will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn (where the conference is taking place) for $159/night. These rooms will be reserved for a limited time before being released to the public. You are, however, welcome to stay in an Airbnb or any other hotel or accommodation in the area.

Badge pickup will be located at the Hilton Garden Inn conference room on Friday October 8th, 2021 at 9:30 AM. You will be required to present a government-issued photo ID as well as your official COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card demonstrating full vaccination in order to attend FelCon. Each attendee must pick up their own badge.

You are not required to attend or participate in any particular event, however some events are included in the price of your FelCon ticket and will not be refundable if you do not attend.

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from any event. We recommend carpooling or ridesharing with other attendees where possible.

The Hilton Garden Inn, Topgolf, Tampa Karaoke, and Sparkman Wharf are wheelchair accessible and cater to those with disabilities. If you have any concerns about accessibility with other events, please contact us.
